    Responsibilities

    • Plan and achieve corporate objectives for the expansion of the company's international project business
    • Take responsibility for customer business with international key accounts
    • Acquire new business as well as develop and maintain strategic OEM and project customers
    • Develop, close and perform customer projects
    • Serve as first point of contact for commercial and technical questions both internally and externally
    • Formulate project-specific customer requirements and take responsibility for developing appropriate solutions within the organisation

    Qualifications

    • A degree in engineering or business and engineering with a focus on electrical engineering and/or shipbuilding / automotive engineering / drive engineering or similar, or a commercial degree coupled with an affinity for technology gained through training or long-standing professional experience in a marine environment.
    • Several years of sales experience in the marine industry is a must for this position
    • Proven experience in leading international teams
    • Excellent communication skills in international business
    • Business-fluent German and English as well as a good level of proficiency in another internationally relevant language
    • Several years of experience spent abroad and a willingness to travel

    Responsibilities

    • Install high-power drive systems (400 V) for our international customers. Installation always involves complete systems consisting of outboard or inboard motor, high-voltage battery, small switching cabinet, throttle, display and charger.
    • Document installation and final test on the water with record of performance data
    • Provide support for customer acceptance
    • Plan and perform maintenance work and repairs
    • Assist and perform warranty services

    Qualifications

    • Training as electronics or mechatronics technician with additional training in high-voltage systems
    • Ability to work in a systematic, focussed and careful way
    • High standards in your own work, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and individual initiative, an eagerness to learn
    • A professional, friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
    • A good command of English and German
    • A keen willingness to travel

    Qualifications

    • A degree in an engineering discipline or technical vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
    • Several years of experience in the area of norms and standards, ideally in a marine environment
    • Experience with a broad range of marine products – acquired either professionally or privately
    • Flexibility and excellent communication skills
    • Very good MS Office skills
    • A quick grasp of facts and the ability to work independently and meticulously
    • A very good command of English and German
    • A willingness to travel

    Qualifications
