  • High-Voltage Installer for electric boat drives (400V)

    We are looking for an employee for our technical service team near Munich who installs, tests and releases predominantly high-voltage boat motors for our international customers.

    High-Voltage Installer for electric boat drives (400V)

    Your responsibilities:

    • Installation of 400V systems (Outboards and Inboards, batteries, Battery Management Systems, „cabinet“, display, gas transmission)
    • Final test and release of the entire high-voltage system
    • Maintenance/Diagnostic/Analysis and implementation and/or support of repairs

    Your profile:

    • Besides a training as an electrician or mechatronics (only with high-voltage additional training) and a great interest in the field of electrical engineering, electric drives and boat building we expect a friendly, helpful and confident manner to our customers, very good command of English and willingness to travel.
    • Systematic and target-oriented approach to new problems, accurateness, high willingness to learn and perform, the ability of independing work, enforcement and working in a team should be a matter of course. A professional handling with MS-Office should not be a problem for you. Your technical creativity and the ability to inspire for something is our main concern.

  • Hybrid System developer electric mobility

    To support our development team, we are currently looking for an employee.

    Hybrid System developer electric mobility

    Your responsibilities

    • You will be working with a highly motivated and dynamic team in the realization of a state-of-the-art hybrid drive system based on high-voltage energy storage systems and electrical drives for boats on sailing yachts. You will be contributing to the modular configuration of the system in collaboration with designers as well as electronics and software specialists while realizing the requirements of the shipyards and boat designers in the process.
    • You will be in charge of configuring the electrical components in accordance with the current state of the art, and you will prepare conclusive accompanying documentation. You will be expected to focus all of your actions on high-quality design coupled with low production costs as well as ease of installation and maintenance of the components.
    • You will be expected to assist in the production of pilot series and prototypes and to provide significant support for the speedy commissioning of systems, both within simulator environments and on test boats.

    Your profile:

    • Electrical engineering graduate with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
    • Relevant experience in automation engineering or electronics development
    • Experience in working with high-voltage systems
    • Competent use of CAD software and tools, ideally EPLAN
    • Manual and technical skill in the realization of prototypes
    • Practical knowledge in the field of power electronics
    • Experience with battery systems and the management thereof will be appreciated
    • Maritime experience will be considered an asset

  • Interns

    To support our teams, we are always on the lookout for

    interns

    keen on facing interesting challenges in marketing and product management.

    We are also on the lookout for interns or university student trainees for making calibration runs on Lake Starnberg, for evaluating measuring results, and for making suitable proposals for improvements. To prepare you for these tasks, we will provide you with extensive training for and familiarization with the following topics:

    • state-of-the-art electrical drive systems
    • inverters and controllers
    • fluid mechanics
    • design and set-up of testing facilities and mobile measuring facilities

    Applicants should ideally have prior professional and/or academic training likely to be helpful for the tasks mentioned above. Skills in aquatic sports and local proximity to Lake Starnberg will be considered an asset. Quick perception, an analytical approach to new challenges, and a high level of commitment will be expected.     Your responsibilities:

    • German and international order processing from quotation to delivery and invoicing
    • Delivery planning in collaboration with our logistics and production departments
    • Correspondence and communication internally and possibly with the customer in order processing
    • Operational tasks related to CRM Tools
    • Operational tasks eCommerce platform for B2B and B2C business
    • Reporting for distribution including various evaluations

    Your profile:

    • Student of economics or equivalent professional education with additional qualification
    • Ideally you will have as major field of study international order processing, including export and import implementing
    • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
    • High standard of the own activity, strong commitment, sense of responsibility and initiative
    • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
    • Intercultural communication and strong team player with an independent and proactive work style
    • Very good German and English, spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
    • Confident handling with IT applications, ideally experience with ERP und CRM systems, MS Navision, MS-Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
