Malfunctions or defects can occur in the most inconvenient situations. Torqeedo and its service partners will do their best to solve these issues as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your product develops a problem and needs troubleshooting or service, please contact us or directly one of our Certified Service Centers closest to you. A list of Certified Service Centers can be found under Service locations.
In order to help you better, please have the following ready when contacting:
- type and serial number of product
- error description
- purchase date
In case you need to mail your product to one of our Service Centers, please include a dated proof of purchase and a filled out warranty certificate. The warranty certificate can be found in your instruction manual or can be downloaded here.
Products sent in for repair should be packaged in their original packaging or similar sturdy packing material.
If you need to send in a lithium battery or a motor equipped with a lithium battery for service, you are required to follow the transportation regulation according to UN3480 or UN3481 for hazardous goods. Please ask us or the authorized Service Center for more information. Private transportation, however, is not affected by these regulations.
